the distant planet believed that
nuclear bomb testing on Earth
was actually a form of art.
The matter was turned over
to the Artist's Guild. Extremely
impressed, the Guild funded
the launching of observation drones
to get closer images and readings
of the explosive spectacle.
When data returned from Earth's
orbit, the Guild was horrified to
learn that the supposed art form
had purely military applications.
